1. Scope

These terms govern access to the public website operated by The AI Architects, including informational pages, illustrative tools, downloadable resources, and links to scheduling. Client services, deliverables, fees, data processing, intellectual property, and service levels are governed by a separate written agreement when applicable.

2. Informational content

Website content is provided for general business and technical information. It is not legal, accounting, cybersecurity, employment, or investment advice. An AI opportunity, architecture, or modeled scenario presented on the site is not a promise of a particular result.

3. Demonstrations and modeled outputs

Demonstrations, sample artifacts, calculators, and modeled scenarios are labeled according to their evidence class. They may use assumptions or synthetic inputs and do not represent a verified client result unless the page expressly identifies them as verified and publication permission has been recorded.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass security or access non-public systems.
• Submit malicious code, unlawful material, or deceptive identity information.
• Overload, scrape, or automate access in a way that disrupts the service.
• Use a demonstration to violate another person's privacy or rights.
• Misrepresent website content as an endorsement or guaranteed outcome.

5. Accounts and client portal

Account access and online intake are not available in this public release. Please contact us for assistance with an existing engagement.

6. Intellectual property

The website, brand, original copy, interface, and public artifacts are owned by The AI Architects or used with permission. You may reference or link to public pages for legitimate business purposes. No other license is granted unless a written agreement says otherwise.

7. Third-party services

The website may connect to third-party services for hosting, scheduling and booking communications. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party's independent service.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or remove website features as the service evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material commercial commitments must appear in a signed engagement agreement, not only on this website.

9. Website availability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. These website terms do not replace any warranty, liability, or dispute provisions in a signed engagement agreement.
