Privacy Policy
A plain-language account of the information this website currently collects, why it is used, and which service providers may process it.
This policy covers our public website and introductory-call booking. Online intake, account access, and voice demonstrations are not enabled.
Updated October 2, 2026
1. Information we collect
We receive information you choose to provide when you email us or book an introductory call. Booking details include your name, email, company, selected service, and any goal or message you provide. The calendar loads from Cal.com on the booking page.
The website and its infrastructure may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, referral URL, pages requested, timestamps, and campaign parameters. These records are used for security, reliability, attribution, and website operations.
2. How we use information
- Respond to an inquiry or evaluate a potential engagement.
- Arrange introductory calls and respond to scheduling requests.
- Deliver requested communications and operational notices.
- Protect the website and integrations from abuse.
- Understand which website experiences support qualified demand.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
The AI Architects does not use confidential application text to train a public AI model. If an engagement calls for model-provider processing, the applicable scope, provider, and data boundaries are defined for that engagement.
3. Service providers
The public website and booking journey use the following providers. Their services may also be subject to their own privacy policies.
Cal.com
Meeting scheduling, booking details, and booking communications when you use the calendar.
Calendar invitations and Google Meet for scheduled introductory calls.
Vercel
Website hosting, delivery, aggregated visitor analytics, performance measurements, and standard infrastructure logging.
4. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The website uses browser storage to remember your appearance preference and referral or campaign information. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure public-page traffic and performance. We exclude private routes and remove query strings and fragments from the page URLs we send. Booking details are not sent to these analytics services. The embedded Cal.com calendar may use its own cookies or browser storage under its privacy policy. You can clear browser storage or contact us by email instead of using the calendar.
5. Sharing and sale
We share information with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to your request, or when required by law. We do not sell the information you submit to us through this website.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active business relationship, security, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by system and engagement. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the system, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. You may also opt out of non-essential communications. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
8. Children
This business website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from anyone under 13.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The update date appears above. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@theaiarchitects.ai.
Website use is also subject to our Terms of Service.
